成果の概要

A) EORTC QOL groupと共同で行うPRO尺度開発研究（4種類）
研究開発項目（１）胃がんに対するEORTC QLQ STO 22 のアップデート研究：
全体104名（Phase 1a: 61名, Phase 1b: 43名）、日本28名（Phase 1a: 20名, Phase 1b: 8名）の登録終了。Phase 2に進み改訂版STOを作成するか検討中。
研究開発項目（２）甲状腺がんに対するEORTC QLQ THY-34の国際的な妥当性検証のためのPhase
4：全体434名、日本15名で登録終了。2022年4月に解析終了。
研究開発項目（３）がん患者が医療者とのコミュニケーションの状況を評価するための EORTC
QLQ-COMU26 の国際的な妥当性検証のための Phase 4：国内30名登録完了、海外登録も終了（995名）。2021年度に対象集団の副解析論文化。現在主解析は終了。
研究開発項目（４）通院治療中がん患者が治療やケアに対する満足度を評価するための EORTC-QLQ
PATSAT-C33 と EORTCQLQ OUT-PATSAT7 の国際的な妥当性検証のための Phase 4：
国内40例登録。全体の登録終了待ち。
B) ePRO(CHES)導入・評価
研究開発項目(5)　PRO 尺度情報の電子的収集ツール（ePRO）CHES の尺度開発研究で導入と実施
可能性検討：研究開発項目（２）,（３）及び(４)の臨床研究内でのCHESは順調に稼働。
頭頸部がん患者におけるCHESによるQOL評価の実施可能性研究は41名登録終了。データ解析中。
C) PRO 評価の統計学的解析方法標準化
研究開発項目(6)　PRO 尺度を用いた治療評価をエンドポイントとする臨床試験の統計学的解析方
法の標準化： SISAQOL Consortiumで本研究班は以下のWPを担当。
WP5: Pilog testing and independent validation of preliminary recommendations
WP7: Develop international recommendations
WP8: Patient engagement, dissemination strategies and education programmes/workshops
WP7について、2022年度中にコンセントペーパーを発出。
国内のPRO/QOL評価の統計学的手法について文献調査終了、論文化中。
